Hi , I am Aggeliki
I grew up in Corfu Greece but now I live in a beautiful Village in Cotswolds' in the UK.
In contrast to Corfu's reputation as a worldly tourist destination, in my family we were raised with a very fixed and restricted mindset.
Throughout my childhood and adolescence I felt different. My family's values, traditions and their life's expectations just didn’t line up with what I felt was possible for me.
Living in a town so full of life and people from other places I’d never been, I was always curious about their cultures, heritage, beliefs and how they interpreted life overall. How they deal with day-to-day challenges and what a family looked like in other countries.
“Aggeliki…you just really aren’t Greek enough!”
I would hear this often...
Today, this open-mindedness and curiosity is something I’m deeply proud of.
However, in my youth, this caused quite a bit of loneliness…that feeling of being outsider even in my own home.
So, I learned to push down this curiosity and desire for 'more'. I had responsibilities to my family, to my son, and that’s just the way it had to be.
Then, one day, I woke up and I was 40. I felt as if I’d never really 'lived' the way I wanted.
I started wondering:
What is all this for?
Where is this going?
If I have 40 more years to live, how do I want to live?
I didn't want to continue living like this, as if I was just surviving, not thriving, but buzzing with energy and vitality. I knew, somewhere deep down I deserved that.
"Something has to change", I thought. "There must be more in life!"
And this is where the journey began.
I spent a lot of time thinking of who I am and what do I really want from life.
When I finally I understood more about myself, I decided to study Life Coaching.

How did life coaching become a part of my life?
A few years ago, I moved to the UK with my husband and our 3-year-old son. My husband didn't speak English, so I found myself taking on all the responsibilities, both physically and mentally. Initially, it was exciting living in another country, but gradually, the weight of these responsibilities turned me into a functioning robot, drowning in depression and overwhelming problems.
My husband wasn't supportive back then; he didn't help with cooking or putting our son to bed. I remember coming home from work at 10 pm, and my little boy was still wide awake, waiting for me to play. I was exhausted, with no time for myself, not even a moment in the restroom. I worked endlessly to support the family and pay the bills, leaving no room for mistakes. My default response to everything at home became shouting. I recall my son writing letters to Father Christmas, expressing his wish for his mum not to shout all the time.
The turning point arrived during the unexpected pause brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. Using this time for self-reflection, I delved into personal development and coaching. This journey saved me. It helped me overcome my own challenges and discover a strong desire to help others in the same way.
Using my own life lessons, I became a life coach. I want to help women facing similar problems. I focus on helping them discover themselves, become stronger, and grow. My coaching aims to guide them toward empowerment and a more meaningful life.
At Bee Well the mind and body connection is a fundamental piece of work we do.
To gain clarity you need a clear mind. To think clearly you need a healthy body.
It's really that simple - but it isn't always easy.
When cared for properly, the body provides the perfect environment for the mind to maximize its potential and what is possible for you.
Because when our physical health is in good condition, it delivers the optimum territory for the mind to work better, find solutions, make better decisions, and get crystal clear about your wants and needs.
Together, we will look at your life and your health overall - your mental wellbeing and physical state and we will get you to your goals.
I would be honoured to be a part of your journey.
As a life and health coach, I'm dedicated to helping individuals find calm when they are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, clarity when they are feeling lost, and courage to take the next steps in their lives.
In addition to working with individuals, I also love to work with family systems, to empower open-minded mums, dads, and their kids to improve their health and wellness. I provide the knowledge and resources necessary to achieve and maintain long-lasting changes, helping households create new healthy habits that will benefit them for years to come.
It’s great to make changes as one, single person but I find long-term change is even more effective when you involve your whole family.
Let's work together to create a healthy, fulfilling life for you and your entire household.
That’s how I believe you truly live a life

Learn what all the buzz is about
A few years ago, I moved from home in Greece to the UK.
It’s funny what you notice when you move to a culture so different from your own. Certainly, there were obvious differences (weather, language, style of clothing, brands) but oddly enough, what I noticed most was the prevalence of bees! Not in nature but on clothes, jewellery, and greeting cards. They were everywhere!
To me, it felt like more than a coincidence. There was a deeper meaning there. So I tuned in and paid attention—and what they symbolize is deeply reflective of what I believe is a balanced lifestyle.
Bees work hard, support each other, and communicate well. Bees embody focus, dedication, teamwork, life, prosperity, and generosity.
Much like what I offer in the life transformation sessions. I dedicate myself to my clients, working hard with them, and focusing until they reach their goals.
In Greece, we, even have a little expression that we use often: '' Να εισαι καλα'', which means always be well.
One guess where the name “Bee Well” came from.
Confidentiality
Whatever we say in the room, it stays in the room. Everything we talk about in sessions is never shared with anyone and all records that I keep are secured and unavailable to anyone but you and me.
Safe Space
I am not here to judge you. I am here to deeply listen to your needs. I want you to feel safe to express yourself and embrace your authentic self.
Focus
Our work is focused on you, your wants, your worries, and your goals. You set the agenda and together we focus on your vision. I help you overcome any challenges that arise at the moment and get in your way.
Honesty
I am not going to "stroke your ears''
(a Greek expression that means to "sugar coat" the truth) and tell you what you want to hear. I will give you clarity, and tell you my honest opinion with fairness and gentleness.
Energy and Fun
Life should be fun, and so should our sessions together. There will be times for rigorous focus and plenty of time for laughter and simple enjoyment of the process.
Strength
I do self-work every day and never stop learning. This ensures I am strong for you and able to share with you lots of valuable ideas and tips on how to transform your life. In short, I practice what I preach.
