Life coaching is the process of moving forward in life, from where you are now to where you would like to be with a caring guide by your side.

Life coaching leaves you with a better understanding of your self, your wants, your needs and enables you to make long-lasting positive changes.
Here's how we get you there:
In our first session, I will deeply listen to you. I will find out more about you and what lead you down this path. We will discuss what it is you are hoping to achieve, your wants and desires for life.
I will then tailor my coaching to help you achieve your goals.
Then we move on to the good stuff.
Sessions may include elements of coaching, talking therapy, philosophy, discovery, examining and challenging beliefs and changing perspective and mindset.
While we will create personalized goals, these are always flexible, and we will adjust them as necessary to suit your needs. Everything is feedback and there is no right or wrong.
There is no failure, only feedback
I will meet you where you are and gently help you to move forward.
We will work together on a deep level, cut through the noise, and take the work seriously WITHOUT losing our sense of humour.
